What Happened To Queen Ramonda In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever?
Throughout the story of the Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a pivotal character in the hero’s life is none other than his mother, Queen Ramonda, and like Shuri, she is one among those who grieved the most with the loss of T’Challa in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Whilst dealing with the pain of losing a child, Queen Ramonda stood tall and kept her head up as she still needs to lead the nation and be the mother of all of Wakanda, and of course, to Shuri, the most as she was struck the hardest when T’Challa died. When Shuri went missing, Queen Ramonda showed how being a mother who lost her children grieve in her own right. She is a mother first before a queen, thus, she did everything she can to get Shuri back, even to the point of sending Nakia to a near-impossible mission.

Is Queen Ramonda Dead in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever?
Unfortunately, the time of Queen Ramonda came to an end in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. During the first attack of Namor to Wakanda, Namor blasted the throne room with water and Queen Ramonda and Riri Williams were both there. Seeing Riri drowning, Queen Ramonda used her last strength to save Riri as if Riri was her very own daughter. This caused the life of the queen and Namor declares to Shuri, “You’re queen now.” The death of Queen Ramonda put a fire on Shuri’s vengeance, thus, she did everything she could to avenge her mother. Still, it was Queen Ramonda who made Shuri remember that she is not a vengeance machine, but a princess with a good heart and one who cares about Wakanda with every inch of her existence. Shuri remains as the Black Panther and M’Baku is set to take the throne. After all, M’Baku thinks rational. Thankfully, before Queen Ramonda’s death, according to Nakia, she personally saw her grandchild, Toussaint, and she knew all along about the secret heir to the throne and possibly the next Black Panther, the son of Nakia and T’Challa, T’Challa. Queen Ramonda will definitely remain in everyone’s hearts. The performance of Angela Bassett is so outstanding that fans are calling for her nomination for an award for her stellar acting. She really nailed the role to the last second. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is now showing in theaters worldwide.
