Truth be told, the 20-year-old actress had actually just graduated high school when she debuted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Kamala Khan, otherwise known as Ms. Marvel, the titular hero protagonist of the story, as she told on Comicbook.com. “June 24th,” the actress proudly noted the day she finished high school. Winning such an award for their performance is a huge deal, especially at a young age, considering that her show was also a big hit to MCU fans who related hugely to her character in the show, too.
